FAQ

How does billing work?

Your first payment is charged when you subscribe. Your plan then renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle - monthly, every 6 months, or yearly - depending on the subscription you selected.

What if I need to change my mailing address or billing information?

Email me at postmarkedwithjoy@gmail.com before the 1st of the month so I can update your details in time.

When will I receive my letter?

I mail Postmarked with Joy letters on the 15th of every month.

U.S. members usually receive their letter within 3–10 days.

International members typically receive their letter within 2–5 weeks.

Your first letter will be mailed the month after you suscribe.

What if I don’t receive my letter?

Snail mail can sometimes be delayed—up to 2 weeks in the U.S. and up to 6 weeks internationally. If your letter still hasn’t arrived by then, please email me at postmarkedwithjoy@gmail.com and I’ll make it right by resending the letter or refunding that month. Double-check the address on your receipt first; incorrect addresses are the most common cause of missing mail.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime by emailing me at postmarkedwithjoy@gmail.com. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, please cancel before your renewal date. Because each letter is prepared just for you, I can’t cancel or refund letters that have already been processed or shipped.
